If you have an urgent need, we aim to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

It's for this reason that we're limiting our standard delivery areas to parts of Scotland and London for now, but we welcome enquiries from all over the UK.  Our boxed water line of water and coolers is perfectly suited for more remote locations, and we arrange delivery for these individually.

 

Operating from our 80 acre organic estate in the rolling Lammermuir Hills in the Scottish Borders, our team is here to support you. If you have an enquiry, you'll speak to one of us. You'll have your dedicated relationship manager's name and business email address.

We're passionate about boxed water and the advantages it offers our customers. 

We know that one format alone won't suit everybody, we're proud to provide a full-service offering to our customers consisting of plumbed-in, bottle and boxed water coolers.

 

We also provide boxed water as a standalone convenience.
